The Ski Park is a true marvel created in a shopping mall. Covering an area of 22,500 square meters, the park includes an impressive playground, five different ski runs, and a truly enormous sliding area. You can try your hand at skiing, tobogganing, snowboarding and much more.

You don’t have to worry about the clothes and accessories you need in the chilly atmosphere of the ski park. From winter jackets to helmets and boots, everything is provided outside the park. They also offer ski and snowboard lessons.

Please bring valid identification as Ski Dubai reserves the right to request proof of age.
Our operations will be coordinated with you, and the slot to be reserved must be confirmed no later than 48 hours before the date of the visit.
Ski/snowboard equipment, jackets, pants, disposable socks, snow boots, polar gloves and helmets will be provided on site for safety reasons.

Take warm clothes to wear under the wetsuit provided by the attraction.

Helmets are compulsory for children under 13.
To ride the Snow Bullet Ride, children must be over eight years old, 125 cm tall and weigh more than 30 kg. Adults must not weigh more than 120 kg.
Access to the slopes is reserved for experienced skiers/snowboarders.
Some rides and features have height and weight restrictions.
Cell phones and cameras are not allowed in the penguin encounter zone.
Cold food and drink are permitted only at the Avalanche Café and North 28 restaurant (Friday to Saturday 8:30am to 12:00pm, Sunday to Wednesday 8:00am to 10:00pm and Thursday to Saturday 8:00am to 11:00pm).

Optional activities included in the Snow Plus package are subject to availability. If the chosen activity is not available on the date of the visit, the guest may opt for another activity mentioned in the inclusions.
NOTE – The venue is not wheelchair accessible, and pregnant women are not permitted to take part in the activities.

Cancellation policy

In the event of cancellation of a tour or ticket after booking, 100% of the fee will be applied.

Children’s policy

Children under the age of 2 are considered babies and are not allowed to take part in this activity.
Children aged 2 to 12 are considered children.
Children over 12 will be charged at the adult rate.
