Victor moved with his family to Dubai in 2009. Trained as a historian and a graduate of Sciences Po Paris (2002), he first worked for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Paris and then opened a communications and translation agency in Paris.

When he arrived in Dubai, he first worked for the Petit Futé guidebooks and saw that tourism was a dynamic sector with a flourishing future. Passing one by one the tourist guide licenses of each Emirate, he guides groups and individuals in French, Italian and, of course, English, and realizes as he goes along that few travel agencies in Dubai are able to communicate in French with their customers and understand their interests when they travel.

Holding firmly to the idea that people need to communicate with each other in a fair and accurate way, I went on to develop my own translation and communications business, finally arriving in Dubai, working in tourism and opening a travel agency with French and French guide services in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the United Arab Emirates with all services dedicated to travel in the region since December 2009.
