The Burj Khalifa is open daily. (Customers are asked to arrive 15 minutes before the chosen time).

No charge will be made for cancellations made 24 hours before the excursion departure time.
If the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the excursion departure time, 100% of the fee will be applied.
